Sensory Integration Education

Sensory Integration Education (SIE) is a not-for-profit organization established in 1994. It is dedicated to advancing the understanding and practice of sensory integration. For over thirty years, SIE has been a pioneer in providing world-class training for professionals in this field.

In partnership with Sheffield Hallam University, SIE offers accredited MSc in Advancing Practice Sensory Integration. This program provides clinicians with an accessible pathway to postgraduate qualifications, enabling them to practice Ayres Sensory Integration® (ASI) theory and therapy.

Beyond postgraduate education, SIE hosts a curated peer support program, live online events, and instant-access courses for professionals. It also offers free resources, including courses designed for parents and carers, "A Day in the Life of..." case studies, Sensory Survival Kits, and sensory podcasts.

SIE is led by a team of professionals dedicated to improving the treatment of individuals with sensory integration and sensory processing difficulties. As a not-for-profit organisation, they invest surpluses back into course development and support for early-career researchers.

Through its comprehensive educational offerings and resources, SIE aims to enhance the recognition and support of sensory needs, ultimately transforming lives.
